No, the CAFI (combination arc fault) breakers do not provide GFI level (6 mA) personnel protection.
"Combination" refers only to its rating for both parallel and series arc protection.

Arc fault and GFI personnel protection are provided by the DF (dual function) circuit breakers, however.
