What is the form used to add shunt trip to the Class 8539 combination starter?

Class 8539 Type S Combination Starter

Resolution:
Use Form Y545. This adds shunt trip feature to any thermal magnetic or Mag-Gard circuit breaker. Voltage of shunt trip mechanism will be the same as the specified controller control voltage. Shunt trip will be unwired unless specified or ordered with Form Y450 (Ground Fault Protection).

Note: Form Y450 is NOT available with Spin-Top designs.
