Resolution:
The V38 voltage code is for a 120/208 volt coil. For the 8903PB contactors this dual voltage coil is obsolete and replaced by either a 120 volt coil or a 208 volt coil. The 120 volt replacement coil is 9998PBV02 and the 208 volt replacement coil is 9998PBV08.

V38 = 9998PBV02 - 120V coil, 1800VA
​          9998PBV08 - 208V coil, 2496VA

​V39 = 9998PBV39 - 240V/277V coil, 2770VA
​V28 = 9998PBV28 - 480V coil, 2400VA
