Resolution:
Replacement lugs are not available for PowerPact Q-frame circuit breakers. The lug mounting screw on PowerPact Q frame breakers is sealed, preventing the removal of the lug. When studs are installed, they also cannot be removed or replaced with lugs as the stud mounting screw is blocked, preventing it from being removed. Lugs for the PowerPact Q-frame circuit breakers accept (1) #4 AWG to 300 kcmil Al or Cu conductors, except for the 250 A breaker, which are suitable for copper conductors only.
