Can an I Line panel interiors be mounted horizontally instead of vertically?

Verify if an I-Line panel interior can be mounted horizontally instead of vertically.

Resolution:
No, breaker handle orientation would be opposite for half of the breakers and the interior heat rise would not be able to dissipate properly.
