The Homeline load centers are rated for single phase, 3 wire, 120/240 Vac. If the commercial application does NOT exceed the load center ratings, then they can be used in a commercial application. There is really no specific requirements for residential vs commercial usage.
NOTE: For a commercial or industrial installation of Homeline load centers, the standard Conditions of Sale apply and the warranty period is only 18 months.
