Issue:
Can the factory punch an opening in a factory assembled NQ panel with a weatherproof box to accommodate a 3.5`` hub?

Environment:
Panelboard enclosure systems sold and supported in the USA.

Cause:
Can the factory install a conduit opening in an MH*WP panelboard backbox to customer specifications?

Resolution:
On the MH/WP enclosures, the endwalls are shipped blank. The factory is unable to punch holes for the customer, as doing so would void the UL listing on the enclosure as it leaves the factory.
