What are the recommended primary and secondary lug kits to be used with an EE45T3H Transformer?

Applies to Ventilated and Non-Ventilated Transformers by SquareD/Schneider Electric

Cause:
Ventilated and Non-Ventilatted Transformers are shipped with flat terminals with lug mounting holes, but no lugs.

Resolution:
The lug kits to be used are the DASKP100 or DASKP250 for the primary and the DASKGS250 for the secondary.
