Resolution:
8910 devices are UL Component Recognized as standard under UL File # E78351 CCN NLDX2. If UL Listing is desired, then add Form U1 which changes the UL File to E78351 CCN NLDX.
NOTE: If device has quick connectors, this form will cause the removal of them (at present). Form U1 does not apply to the 8910DP devices.
