Resolution:
"Pitch" describes the spacing in millimeters between the attached devices. Specifically it is the dimension from the left side of the first device to the left side of the next device. The basic GV2 or U-line starter is 45mm in width, some auxiliaries are 9mm in width, some are 18mm in width.

For starters with out add on modules you would can use 45 pitch, the width of the GV2 or U-line starter. For starters with a left mounted auxiliary module you would use 54 pitch, and for starters with both left and right mounted auxiliary module you would use 72 pitch.
