Yes, the QO2125SL can be used in a QO three phase load center. The kit requires 2 pole spaces on the interior and is listed on the wiring diagrams. This subfeed lug kit does NOT provide ANY overcurrent protection to the load wires or downstream load. An electrical inspector may require a breaker with overcurrent protection to be used downstream from this kit.
