Will electrical accessories work on an automatic molded case switch as well as the thermal magnetic circuit breakers?

Yes, the molded case switches will accept the accessories that the equivalent thermal magnetic circuit breakers accept.
E.g. A P29386 will work on a JGL26000S25 as well as a JGL circuit breaker.
