What is the plastic cover that swings out on an MCC Model 6 that holds the Start/Stop pushbuttons, 22mm or 30mm?

The 22mm 5 device Control station panel, replacement part number is 80420-007-05.
For the 30mm 3 device Station control panel, the replacement part number is 80420-007-06.
In either case, the cover will be blank with perforated cutouts on the back. This is a replacement part and cannot be added to an existing bucket that did not come set up to accept control devices.
