Form Y81 is a modification to the standard Size 4 melting alloy overload relay which allows the use of type "FB" thermal units. This allows thermal unit selection for FLA quick trip values from the respective selection tables. The standard melting alloy overload relay will have to be replaced with the special modified block in order to install the quick trip thermal units. For a replacement 8536SF NEMA size 4 three pole overload order 9065SDO15Y81. FB thermal units must be ordered separately. Form Y81 is also available for the complete starter which will provide the special modified overload on new starters.
