Will the H or J frame I-Line breakers fit into the J250 enclosures?

No. I-Line breakers can only be mounted into I-Line panelboards, not individual enclosures. Only lug in - lug out versions of circuit breakers can be used in individually mounted enclosure (e.g. HGL and JGL prefixes).
