Can the FFTK report generator software for testing Micrologic trip units FFTKRPT-V1-0 (FFTKRPTV10) be used with Windows 7, Windows 8, or the Vista operating systems?

Resolution:
The Report Generator software will not work on Windows 10.
It will work on Windows 7, 8, and Vista, but not if you use the default directory provided with the software. Please use the following work-around:
In order for the FFTK report generator to function properly, you need to have it installed it in a write-accessible folder on your system. Most “new” versions of Windows (Vista, 7, 8) have special permission control on the [C:\Program Files (x86)] and [C:\”Program Files”] folders. On these newer systems, we recommend installing the FFTK report generator to somewhere where you have write permissions such as…
For all users of the system: [C:\Users\Public\”Public Documents”\”FFTK Report Generator”].
For a single user: [C:\Users\{USER_NAME.EN_US}\”My Documents”\”FFTK Report Generator”], where {USER_NAME.EN_US} is the desired user.
