Resolution:
AL100FD can be factory installed using suffix LH for 15 - 30 A breakers and is standard on 35 - 125 A breakers. Wire range (1) #14–#2/0 AWG Al/Cu
AL30FD is standard on 15 - 30 A breakers. Wire range:  (1) #14–#6 AWG Al/Cu
CU100FD is still a field installable option for 15 - 125 A breakers. Wire range (1) #14–#1/0 AWG Cu
VC100FD is an optional aluminum compression lug for 15 - 125 A breakers. Wire range #8–#1/0 AWG Al/Cu
CVC100FD is an optional copper compression lug for 15 - 125 A breakers. Wire range #6-#1/0 Cu
