How can the mechanical interlock between the HVL switch and the fuse door be defeated?

What can be done to defeat the mechanical interlock between the HVL switch and the fuse door

Resolution:
The latch cannot , nor should be defeated and defeating the interlock is not recommended for Safety reasons.
