Can I use any panelboard rated 28 Vdc if I am only installing 20A circuit breakers?

Resolution:
Square D suggests using a NQ panelboard. These are rated to 48 Vdc.
NF panelboards cannot be used in DC applications. I-Lines can be used up to 250 Vdc.
