Resolution:

No. D-Line contactors are labeled L1 L2 L3 for the Line conductors, and T1 T2 T3 for the load conductors. They must be wired that way to comply with the listed rating. Per code, L1L2 L3 / T1 T2 T3 marked contactors are top fed only.
