Yes. Both  Rail extension kits can be used in both indoor MH** NEMA 1 and outdoor MH**WP NEMA 3R type enclosures. These are used to extend the interior in order for it to fit it into a larger enclosure.
Note :​ This is NOT a Box extension kit used to increase the length of the enclosure.
