Resolution:
Harmony™ XB5S Biometric Switches utilize the serial number to generate a unique reset procedure. The serial number can be found on the white sticker on the back of the push button switch. Once obtained, please contact Schneider Electric Support and provide the serial number to have a reset procedure generated for you.
