Line Base - one each of 4056776750 (left side base), 4056776150 (right side base), and 4056702801 (plastic connecting cam) (NOTE: arc suppressor not included)
Line Base mounting screw - 4020515101 (3 required per line base)
Arc Suppressor Assembly - HAS0610F (2 required; includes arc suppressor and mounting screw)
Lug assembly - CL10F (includes 6 lugs)
Mechanism Assembly - 4056646950 (NOTE: handle coupling, cover interlock defeat coupling, and lockplate gaskets may also need replacing)
Handle Coupling - 4056699850
Cover Interlock Defeat Coupling - 4056699750
Handle Assembly - 4056779850 (also recommend replacing lockplate gaskets)
