How does the Sensitivity parameter adjustment work with Catch on the fly feature in ATV61 drive?

Issue:

Resolution:

Catch-on-the-Fly relies on detecting the motor’s residual voltage to estimate its speed when the drive is not in a RUN state (for example, during freewheel).

At higher motor speeds, residual voltage is stronger, making detection easier.
At very low speeds, residual voltage becomes weak, which can prevent the feature from working correctly.

To improve performance, the drive includes a sensitivity parameter specifically designed for low-speed detection (especially important for higher horsepower drives).

Adjusts catch-on-the-fly sensitivity parameter around the zero speed. Then perform a test run. Decrease the value if the drive is not able to perform the catch on the fly, and increase it if the drive locks up on a fault as it performs the catch on the fly.
