For replacement only, breaker used in PBLA36400GN bus plug

Resolution:
LAP36400, or the LAL36400 with Line side/ON side lugs removed, can be used for replacement only in the obsoleted PBLA36400GN Plug in unit. Since the PBLA bus plug has been obsoleted New Part numbers for the Powerpact L frame plug in units are listed below.
