If an EVlink charging station is in use charging a vehicle and there is a power interruption, will the charger allow the battery voltage to back feed onto the utility grid?

Resolution:
No, it will not. A contactor in the charging station will open when the power is lost. It will not close again until the utility power is restored and the vehicle requests a charge.
