Identifying the phase failure relay used to fulfill form R44 in a combination starter

NEMA combination starters
Cause:
Identifying a phase failure relay in an 8538, 8539, 8738, or 8739 starter
Resolution:
Phase loss relay being used today is the SymCom Model 201A-AU. See attached instruction sheet
NOTE: The part number that replaces it is 26004-00017, now it is also obsolete
