Cause:

Normal Operation

Resolution:
Smart-UPS products may not report very small loads attached to them. If you increase your load to greater than 10% you will see the load reported properly in PowerChute software, your Network Management Card, or LCD display (if so equipped). This is normal behavior from the UPS. As the load increases on the UPS, so will the accuracy of the load reporting.
