Single Phase Symmetra XR Battery frame displays EF or E1

Issue

XR frame displays E1 or EF.  The mainframe indicates that an XR frame fault exists.

Cause

This error indicates that the XR communication card (either SYXRCC or SYAFSU16) located in the XR frame has experienced an internal problem.


Resolution

The card will need to be reseated. If reseating does not clear the fault, the card must be replaced.
