Resolution:
The older PK4FL has flat ears on the backside. Through these are screw holes and screws attach the lock to elevated tabs or brackets on the rear of the trim. The PK22FL has nibs on the back that fasten via screws into flat pieces on the rear of the trim .
NOTE: It is a PK4FL if built before 11/1997 and a PK22FL if built after 11/1997.
