Can EDB, EGB, and EJB breakers be backfed?

Yes, they are not marked line and load, so they can be backfed.
This does not apply to the EPD breakers however. They are specifically marked for line and load and cannot be backfed,
NOTE:
Any circuit breaker that does NOT have Line and Load (or + and - on DC breakers) identifying markings may be reverse fed.
