Why will ATS01N2 Softstart not run the motor when powered?

Issue:
Why is the ATS01 not running the motor when power is applied?

Resolution:
The ATS01N2**LU/QN/RT models require a run command on the control circuit.
A START/STOP contact can be wired to LI+ and LI2. This will allow soft start and soft stop.
If the softstarter is to run the motor when power is applied to the ATS01, then install a jumper between LI+ and LI2.  This will give a soft start and a freewheel stop.
