Issue:
Customer wants to test the softstart without a motor

Environment:
No Motor connected

Cause:
Trips on PHF

Resolution:
It is not possible to run the ATS softstart  with out a motor connected.
Softstarts use SCR's to switch the voltage on and off to the motor.
To properly fire (switch on) the SCR's there must be some current flow.
Since testing without a motor means there will be no current, the SCR's won't actually be switch on and off properly so it will not be a valid test.
