Resolution:
- Verify these settings using the drive’s built-in display:
- F800 (Baud rate) = 1 → 19.2 kbps
- F801 (Parity) = 1 → Even parity
- Ensure the keypad firmware is version V1.1IE29 or later
- Try replacing the control terminal block with a known working unitConfirm that F, R, and RES wires are properly connected.
- Inspect the internal power sources. Look for short circuitsMissing or unstable voltage in terminals:
- PP (+10 V)
- P24 (+24 V)
After making changes, perform a power cycle on the drive.
If the issue persists, check all wiring, verify compatibility, and inspect the keypad and drive for hardware faults. Replace components if needed to isolate the problem.
