How is a remote fault reset contact added to an ATV312?
Issue:
Installing a remote fault reset contact on an ATV312
Resolution:
Wire a normally-open contact to 24V and LIx (the logic input to be used as fault reset)
In the FLt menu, set rSF to LIx
In the event the drive faults, manually closing the contact will reset certain faults
Note: Not all drive faults can be reset this way. Safety-related faults must be reset by power-cycling the drive. Consult the ATV312 Programming Manual for lists of faults that require a power cycle to reset.
