What can cause the laminate on a NetShelter CX to peel and how can it be fixed?

Issue:
The laminate on a NetShelter CX has begun to peel.

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
Excessive heat or poor adhesion can cause the laminate to peel.

Resolution:
Replace entire panel or re-apply using contact adhesive and brush. Recommended contact adhesive - EVO-Stick 528 or equivalent.
