ATV16 drive will not power up or display is blank.

Issue:
ATV16 drive will not power up or display is blank.

Product line:
Altivar Machines, Altivar 16

Environment:

Cause:
External control circuits are shorting out internal power supply or Power board is bad.

Resolution:
Remove all of the control wires to see if the display comes back up. Check all supply voltages. There are no replacement parts available. They will need to replace it with a new drive.
