Resolution:
There is a metal piece that is provided in the vertical slot on the front of the contactor. The metal piece has a hole in it.
You can insert an allen wrench to manually open and close the power poles on the contactor.
This will manually override any other control device in the control circuit such as a timer, relay or other controls.
