What causes an ILF code on an ATV61 or ATV71?

Resolution:
Internal serial link fault.
-Check the +24 VDC on the control terminal board (internal power supply); measure between terminals +24 and COM.
-Check the environment (electromagnetic compatibility).
-Check the connections to make sure there are no shorts on terminal side.
-Replace the installed option board.
-Change the control terminal pod
-Change the Main control board.
