What does Group A and B mean on Sepam Relays?

That means that you have 2 sets of 50/51 and 50/51N protections. For example:
Sepam 1000+ Series 20 ---

Group A ---- 50/51 #1 and 50/51 # 2

Group B ----- 50/51 #1 and 50/51 #2

This means you have up to 4 pick up points (thresholds) for this protection
