What could cause a Soft Start to trip on PHF fault after starting?

PHF on soft start after starting.

Product Line:
ATS46/ATS48 soft starts

Environment:
PHF faults

Cause:

Resolution:
Check bypass power connections at the ATS outputs (KM3 linked to A2, B2 and C2).Check that R2A, R2C is directly linked to bypass contactor KM3 (KM3 has to be closed less than 200ms after R2 change its state).Check that the current in the motor is never less than 10% of the starter nominal (Icl).
