Communication on Modbus TCP/IP of Premium and XBTG range.
Goals and Symptoms
Configuration of the application :
Premium + ETY using Modbus TCP/IP protocol to communicate with an XBTG product range.
The exchange of bits %Mi between XBTG and premium generate an error code 02H
Causes and Fixes
The workaround is the limit of the Prefered Frame Length to 120. This value could be defined by Vijeo Designer to a minimum or maximum Possible. But if you clic on the field array and write 120. This will limit the length of the frame exchanged between XBTG and Premium to the maximum value supported by premium.
