Supported TwinCAT-NC homing modes of Lexium32-EtherCAT?

Causes and Fixes

Lexium32-EtherCAT supports the NC-homing mode "PLC_CAM" and "Software-Sync". For "Software-Sync", the encoder sub mask has to be set to 0x0001FFFF .
Homing modes with "hardware-latch" are not supported.
