Is there a way to check the power supply budget and consumption in Unity software?

Yes, the procedure below can be used to see the power consumption on each rack for either Premium or Quantum PLCs.
In the configuration, go to the desired bus drop and right click on the power supply.

Choose Power Supply and IO Budget, and you will get a screen like the one below:

When the power budget is exceeded you will see a display like this one:
