Why is the ACTIVE LED on my AS-B875-111 module flashing?

A rapid flash on the ACTIVE LED of the AS-B875-111 indicates the unit is in the process of initialization. A slow flash on the ACTIVE LED of the AS-B875-111 indicates that at least one input is out of range.
