Resolution
The RoHs versions of the NOE77101 cannot be downgraded to exec firmware 3.xx because of the
differences in the internal components. Only non-RoHS NOE77101 can be upgraded from 3.xx to
4.xx and downgraded back to version 3.xx.
If you try to downgrade a RoHs version of the NOE77101, it will make the unit inoperable. When this
happens, the unit must be sent back to the factory for repair.
