Resolution
The request packet interval (RPI) for an Ethernet IP slave device is configurable using the following
steps.

  • Double click on the 'Ethernet/IP' icon to open the Ethernet IP Configuration Tool,
Ethernet IP configfguration tool
  • Double click on the slave device to open the slave properties configuration window.Slave properties configuration
  • Click on 'Connections'.
  • Click on 'General'
  • Double click on 'Request Packet Interval'.
Reset packet inasdzgcterval
  • Change the value in the textbox in the 'Setting' section of the window.
  • Click 'OK'.
SAgRequest packet interval (RPI)
  • Click 'OK' to close the slave properties configuration window.
  • Click on 'Save' to save the changes.
