Does Schneider offer a conversion tool which will allow me to migrate 800 Series I/O to Quantum, without rewiring my I/O?
Yes. Please see attached PDF file.
Note: The Quantum seried will be obsoleted 12/31/2018 and the new upgrade option for the 800 series will be the M580 with the X80 I/O and that also has conversion kit to go from 800 to x80.
