Web Designer project cannot be transferred from the module.

Resolution
If the user is unable to transfer the application from the module because the exec firmware version in the module is newer than the one in the Web Designer project, they can perform a target upgrade (click on 'Target\Upgrade Target Version'). During a target update, the software scans the hardware for differences and modifies the respective exec firmware files in the project to match what is in the module. If the newer exec firmware files are not installed in Web Designer, the 'Target\Upgrade Target Version' selection will only upgrade to the latest version that is installed in Web Designer (The 'Transfer' button will still be greyed out). To resolve this issue, the updated Web Designer software must be installed.
