Goals and Symptoms

Goal:
Go into Runtime with Powerlogic SCADA 7.10, 7.20

Symptoms:
When trying to go into Runtime, the client, IOServers, and Alarm servers never fully start, with Message "Failed to Load Database '_Library' (File Not Found)"

Causes and Fixes

Fix:

In Graphics Builder, Pack the libraries and Update pages:
1) Tools>Update Pages
2) Tools>Pack Library
